Wholesale Terms and Conditions

Wholesale Account Requirements

Wholesale orders and pricing are only for retail partners with a physical or strong e-commerce presence for resale purposes. Fairytale Fragrance Co. reserves the right to deny wholesale orders for any reason. Failing to meet these or any other requirements will result in canceling your order and providing a refund.

Minimum Order

All wholesale orders have a minimum of $100 plus shipping costs.

Payment Terms

Initial orders require payment when the order is placed. Additional payment terms may be negotiated on repeat orders. Payments may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or PayPal. Business checks may be used if approved before ordering but may delay shipping to allow time to clear. 

Fulfillment Time

In-stock products are typically shipped within 5-7 business days. Large or custom orders may require additional processing time. Stock levels are listed on the wholesale section of our website. fairytalefragranceco.com/wholesale

Shipping

Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Perfume can only be transported via ground services. All orders will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage to comply with federal regulations.

Returns

No returns will be accepted. Please check all orders upon receipt. Orders containing damaged, missing, or mis-shipped items must be reported to wholesale@fairytalefragranceco.com within 7 days of delivery.
