14 Day Return Policy

At Fairytale Fragrance Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our Refund Policy allows for the return of products within 14 days of delivery, provided that they are unused and in their original packaging.

To start a return, please email sales@fairytalefragranceco.com with your order number and the reason for your request. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you received damaged or defective products, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds 

We will review your refund request and notify you within 3 business days of receiving it if it has been accepted. Please note that refund processing times vary depending on the payment method and your bank.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if the product does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
